Looking for high bandwidth US VPS

Hello,

I'm looking for a USA VPS server that has many bandwidth and has atleast 1Gbit uplink. 2 Gbit to 10 gbit shared is good too.
Price doesn't matter (not $300 ofc). Must be KVM and allow VPN server. Good connectivity to EU is a must.
