Build cheap VPS high traffic

I need to set up some VPS with spec:
1 core
128 or 256 mb ram
10gb/disk
750-1TB traffic
Anyone can give me an advice? My buget is 1-2.5$/month. I use VPS for data transfer, not torrent or IRC...
