Server Backups?

Does anyone know of a backup system in which I will be able to backup a directory on a dedicated server (around 10GB) to an off site VPS?

I do know of rsync, but what I'd like are more of "snapshots" taken every 24 hours, which I could restore to at any point in time, with access to the last week of backups kept (preferably an automated system to delete snapshots older than 7 days)

256MB RAM
1TB HDD in RAID1 (at least)
