My requirements are very minimal:
- Linux/BSD hosting with ssh2 access
- Must support key based (~/.ssh/authorized_keys2 type) authentication
- Static IP
- 100+GB/mo of transfer included (preferably 500 GB or more)
- 1MB Storage
- 256MB Memory RAM
- No email
- No control panel
