Requirement:

• KVM/XEN-HVM
• Memory: 256MiB
• Storage: 250GiB, dont' care much about performance
• Bandwidth: 20Mibps+ / 1.5TB+
• Location: Not in Nevada
• Budget: $6- for RAIDless, $8- for RAIDed (redundancy ones)

Enable private tracker torrent is more attractive, though I seldom use such things.

Anyone offer a plan like this or just impossible?

EDIT: need a bit CPU power, so atom hosts should not work.
