Lowend Single Core Dedicated / VPS server

Hey Guys

I am looking for a dedicated server with single core processor nearing 2 - 3GHZ with 2GB RAM and 20 - 30 GB HDD space on a 100mbit line to host a "Game" on these game are programmed using a system called BYOND, they are 2D and run single threaded so dual core is not really an option here if it's going to be more expensive..

Location - USA anywhere.

Budget - under $30-$40 a month.
