Looking for a VPN in France

Hi,
Looking for advice on where to find available small vps with a french IP, which would be used only as a VPN.
- OpenVZ with the right modules :-), or anything else but cheap,
- 128Mo max,
- 50Go Bandwidth,
- IPv6 is also welcome
