Looking for an LEB in Germany

I'm needing an LEB in Germany with at least:
4 cpu-cores
2GB RAM
5GB HD
1TB BW
1 ipv4

Only other requirement is it must not be located in any datacenter Hetzner uses. Nothing against Hetzner (we've got dozens of their dedicated boxes) but we need another presence in Germany.
