SolusVM OS Templates Question

Quick question: does SolusVM CP (Admin version) allow the provider to set up OS templates on a per client basis (i.e. can have custom OS templates visible only in my SolusVM (Client) CP) ?

If yes, is this true for both OpenVZ and KVM versions?
