Guyz plz help me to get a VPS

Hi Every1,

I am a newbie and know nothing about VPS, so, i need ur help in getting a good VPS

I need a fast and reliable VPS with US IP for doing daily internet tasks with fast internet (surfing sites, downloading tools etc), also for running bots on it...HD should be around 75-100 GB min, with 1-2 GB Ram min)

my Budget is 8-10$ / month

is it possible to get the specified VPS in this budget, and also if i can get CPanel (not necessary / optional) installed on it for hosting websites?

The VPS provider should be reliable and 100% uptime....
