Hi Folks,
A very nice user just made me aware of this, https://www.centos.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=42827&forum=59
I don't run any 2.6.32 kernels myself on Xen but I assume this also affects OpenVZ, I have also dropped a ticket in too soluslabs.
If it does affect OpenVZ it is a 2 second job to get root and destroy a node, it deffinatley affects Cent OS 6 64 bit latest kernels and the same applies.
Patch up folks.
