Recommendations?

I am looking for a low end VPS with the following specs(+/-):

128-256mb of ram 1 CPU core 1TB(or more) data transfer 1Gbps(or more) connection 100GB(+/-) space OpenVZ or KVM, doesn't matter. Prefer it in Europe somewhere. Around $10 a month(+/-)

I see some deals close to what i want, but I am usually too late to take advantage of them(too old of a post or sold out). This also might be a little higher than the defined "low end".
