My budget is pretty limited, only 3.50 euros, however, this VPS should be kept for months :-)
I spend about 10GB Bandwidth, and 10GB Diskspace. I want the ability to install my own OS, I give much more priority/value to big ram VPS, in some spare KVM node that has free ram to be used. Preference: definitely EU location, just a preference. Post your offer!
