So I ordered a vps from a company on wjunction and guess what..... the company was 'hacked' and now they are offline...
I signed up march 25th. I just logged in to my container today to launch a website, and my container does not have access to the web. There is nothing in /etc/resolv.conf ...... I tried to go to the control panel via the link they sent me in an email to reinstall my vps to maybe fix the network issues but it is inaccessable. That was all fine, I figured I would just open a ticket. So I went to open a ticket and the page is offline as of right now. If you own prismhost please contact me.
Edit: I sent an email to their support team @ Prismhost Support prismhost.net@gmail.com
I also just created my own resolv.conf and have access to the outside web now.... but I know this is openvz and on reboot it will go away again.
Just as a follow up I logged in this morning and logins were taking a very long time. I have high load averages with nothing installed in my VPS 100.00%id and 0.0%wa.
There is definitely a problem with this server I am on.

Getting a whopping 80kB/s max on my yum updates.....

Then I got the update from the 'hacker' that prismhost had been hacked...
Such bad luck :(... they had lots of good reviews... I guess they were shilling.
